Mission Statement:

The mission of the Town of Lincoln Parks & Recreation Department (LPR) is to offer recreational activities, programs, and special events that are beneficial to all of Lincoln's Residents. In addition, the Parks & Recreation Department provides for the development, maintenance, expansion, and improvements of parks and leisure areas.
