The Purchasing office is responsible for the purchase of
goods and services for all Town departments. Subject to the
requirements of the Town Ordinances and R.I. General Laws, items
are acquired by public solicitations and awarded to the lowest
responsive and responsible bidder.
Notices of public bid items are posted at this Office, and in
the local newspapers under Legal Notice.
